Buy-to-hold strategies typically target 9–12% net annual returns over three to five year investment horizons, combining income generation with capital growth.
Refurbishment and value-add strategies are shorter in duration and aim for double-digit returns, subject to execution and prevailing market conditions.
Security is generally provided through direct or partial freehold ownership, often within structured joint-venture frameworks. Comprehensive legal documentation is provided prior to commitment.
